WTJ’s Annual Fund is a critical component to what makes our school so great! You can make an impact on the experience of each student, faculty, and staff member. Every donation makes a difference!
What is the Annual Fund?
The Annual Fund is the PTO’s largest source of revenue and directly supports our teachers, staff, and students. With your generous contributions, the PTO is able to provide school enhancements and learning enrichment opportunities for our students. Every donation makes a difference!
What is the Goal?
2026 - 2027 Annual Fund Goal: $100,000
Annual Fund donations are accepted throughout the year. The giving deadline for Patron Party invitations is October 31, 2026.
*All donors will receive a WTJ yard sign highlighting their support of the Annual Fund.
**Donations of $500+ will receive an invitation to the Patron Party on November 14, 2026.
What does my donation support?
Your donation helps bridge the gap between the school's operational expenses and the many extra opportunities our school provides to our students like the following:
- Curriculum enhancements in the classroom
- Professional development for teachers
- Capital improvements to our campuses like turf fields and age-appropriate playground edquiptment
- Security improvements like full-time SROs and bullet-proof window films
- Family and community events throughout the year
- Teacher and Staff appreciation opportunities like lunches and raffles
- Teacher grants to improve their classrooms
- Our certified STEAM program
- Music programs, Cultural Arts activities, IB Certifications, and field trip scholarships
How do I donate?
There are two ways to donate to the Annual Fund:
- Online - Visit the WTJ Store
- Pay by check - please make checks payable to WTJ PTO. Return your donation form and check to the front desk of either campus or by mail:

Are gifts to the Annual Fund tax deductible?
Yes. Gifts to the WTJ Annual Fund qualify as charitable contributions and are be fully deducted to the limit of IRS regulations.
What is a matching gift?
Many companies have a matching gift program in which the company will match your gift to the Annual Fund. Click HERE to see if your company matches. If so, they will provide the necessary forms to initiate the match.
If you wish for your company match funds to count towards your total gift (and Patron Party invitation), please email fundraising@wtjackson.org and provide those details.
